Two systems, one language 🌟
Chakras are energy centers of the body according to the Hindu yogic tradition. There are seven, running from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, each governing a specific dimension of your experience: your sense of security, your emotions, your personal power, your capacity to love, your way of communicating, your intuition and your spiritual connection.
